Why book a Painting Party?

This is fun art, not fine art! When you host a private paint and sip party, you get to choose a painting from our library and all of your guests will paint that image. No artistic skill is required! We provide a fun artist instructor, painting materials, and aprons. You may bring snacks and drinks (including alcohol for adult parties), and we'll have the basic serving supplies available, including cups, plates, corkscrews, bottle openers, and paper towels.

Consider a paint party as a fun birthday party option for adults or kids, bachelorette, family reunion activity, team building, moms' or girls' night out, church group activity, high school or college graduation party, sorority, or company holiday party.

How to Book a Painting Party

 

1.       Check Your Party Size: We can host parties for up to about 40 painters in our main room & 24 in the “party” room! Yes, you can have both rooms if needed!

*Ages 13+: Adult party package is 2hrs for 16x20 canvas or shiplap pallet surface, painting supplies, instruction, exclusive use of room, and painting selection.

Pricing starts at $42 per person with a 12-person minimum or a host pay base price of $500 (up to 12 painters; Each additional painter over the 12 is $42 for host pay)

 

*Ages 8-12: Kids party package is 2hrs for a 11x14 or 16x20 canvas surface, painting supplies, instruction, private room, and painting selection. *Due to Adult Only BYOB events, kids parties are not available after 6 PM on Fridays & Saturdays. No observers. One unpaid chaperone for first 12 painters; over 15 painters, 2 unpaid chaperones permitted. All others must have a paid seat. 12-person minimum or a host pay base price of $500 (up to 12 painters; Each additional painter over the 12 is $42 for host pay). No one under the age of 6 permitted.

 

Upgrade your surface: (Adult Events)

+$10 per painter – 17x17.5” Real Pine Board

+$10 per painter - 10.5x26” Real Pine Board

+$20 per painter - 10.5x47” Porch Leaner

 

Upgrade your party:

+$5 per person – Add an additional ½ HOUR of instructed painting +$3 per person – Make it a BLACKLIGHT event +$10 per person – Add an additional HOUR of instructed painting +$20 per person – Add an additional HOUR and make it a PAINT YOUR PET event (limit of 16 total painters for Paint Your Pet)

+$20 per person – Add an additional ½ Hour and a Scented Candle

2.     Choose a Date and Time: Private parties may be scheduled at any time when we don't already have the rooms booked and an artist is available. To see if your date is available request a party online and we will let you know.

3.     Read and Sign Your Event Agreement: You will receive a Party Management Link with your Event Agreement and Payment Request for your Deposit of $126.00.

4.     Select a Painting: After we receive your Event Deposit and Signed Event Agreement, we will give you access to our online library to make your painting selection.

5.     Invite Guests: Please have your guests arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled event time to get set up, pour drinks, and socialize.

6.     For Host Pay Events: Send us your final guest list at least 7 days prior to your event and pay your final balance.

For Individual Pay Events: The minimum number of painters must be reserved and paid at least 7 days before your event date. If the minimum is not met by the deadline, the private event will be switched to a PUBLIC event, open to others to join. You and your guests will all be sat together.

7.     Arrive Early: You are welcome to arrive only up to 30 minutes early to set up balloons, decorative serving ware, party favors, cake, snacks, and drinks, etc. Regretfully, we cannot allow large-scale redecoration of the room, and please no glitter or confetti or Confetti-Filled Balloons! 

Make Your Own Scented Candle Party

With 2-dozen fabulous scents to choose from and step-by-step instructions, you can have your own custom candle painting party. You're going to love it! You and your guests will paint your candle vessels before pouring your candles for $39 per person. You can ALSO add candles to one of our painting events or your private party for just $20/painter! Our long-lasting, all natural, soy candles make the perfect home accent or gift idea!

 Wood Figures, Serving Trays & Other Decorative Wood Products

You can have a DIY Painting pARTy creating & designing on our various wood décor products! Choose birdhouses, photo cubes, boxes, decorative cutting boards, frames, wooden coaster pack and MORE! Prices range from $20 - $45 per person, 1 – 2 hour events.

 On-Location Painting Parties

You can host a painting party in your office, event space or other public venue! We'll bring all the necessary painting supplies and artist instructors. You just need to provide a room with good lighting, tables, chairs, and, if desired, a plastic floor covering and plastic table cloths to make your cleanup easy.
