About This Event

Calling all fantasy lovers and book enthusiasts! Join us for a magical evening where we bring the enchanting world of ACOTAR to life through art and trivia. Follow step-by-step instructions to create a stunning painting. Whether you have painting experience or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since kindergarten, this event is perfect for any and all skill levels! After all, it’s FUN art, not fine art!

During this event, we’ll test your knowledge of the ACOTAR series with fun trivia questions complete with exciting prizes. While this event is a fantastic outing for book clubs, it’s open to everyone! Come solo, with friends or your fellow bookworms - all are welcome to join the fun.

Try something NEW and create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle and or linen spray before you paint! Look for our add-on options during your event registration. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your event if you choose to make a candle or linen spray. Choose one of our 25 incredible scents or mix your own unique fragrance!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to grab your apron, find your seat & get uncorked. If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box so we can seat you together.

Ages 14+ are permitted when accompanied by a painting adult. Earlier classes and Pop In times are perfect if you would like to bring younger painters in to create. All guests must have a paid seat due to limited space.

We are a BYOB studio, so you're welcome to bring drinks, snack foods, but table space is limited. Alcohol is allowed for our guests 21 and older.

-I authorize the photographing and/or videotaping of our guests during this event and understand that the resulting photos and videos may be published and used to promote Painting with a Twist Hendersonville.

Refund/Cancellation

Retail / To Go Orders: All sales are final. No refunds or store credit.

Regular In-Studio and Open Studio: Refunds will be given if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to event. Studio Credit (will expire 3 months after original event date) will be given when cancellation is made 6 hours in advance of event. No refunds or credit given for last minute cancellations and no shows. Please email studio315@paintingwithatwist or call/text 615-447-3526 to cancel reservation.

Private Parties: When the 10-person minimum (or 8 from Sunday-Thursday) is not met one week prior to event, Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel the event and retain deposit. Alternatively, the event may be converted to a public event and open reservations may be taken. The deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled due to non-payment or cancellation within 7 days.
