- Main Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to (32) painters. (+5 non-painting adults for Kids' Parties)
- Whole Studio can accommodate up to (52) painters, plan a studio takeover!

Offsite & DIY Parties
- Offsite (Your Location) can accommodate (14) or more painters.
- Twist at Home Event (DIY): Follow step-by-step written instructions at your pace (some includes video instruction), pick up materials at the studio or we can ship directly to your guests, contact the studio for pricing and options for your group. Contact Us

How soon do I need to book my event?
- Request your pARTy at least 2.5-weeks advance, the sooner the better to ensure your prefer date/time is available (weekends fill up first).
- We book up to 6-months in advance.
- We may be able to accommodate last minute requests, just be prepared to pay for minimum seats and select your artwork very quickly.
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
- You can request a date & time via our Request a Party Site, Call or Text us in advance, if you would like to confirm availability @ 615-447-3526
Why should I book a party?
- You get to select the artwork for your event. We have over 1000's of paintings to choose from.
- Event is exclusive to your group, with your own artist (you may request your favorite), music selection and food sharing area.
- No set-up, no clean-up, just show up!
- You may schedule extra time for your event (subject to availability).
- You are welcome to bring food/snacks along, just like our public events.
- Upgrade your event for even more fun!
When can I have a party?
- We host event 7-days a week, 9am-Midnight (Subject to artist and studio availability).
- Kids Parties (typically ages 6-12yo) may be booked Sun.-Thurs., 9am-8pm, Fri & Sat, 9am-6pm (no weekend evening hours), we recommend 6yo+ for kid's pARTies.
Is there a deposit required for private parties?
- Quick Booking Online Deposit: $80, will be applied to party deposit balance.
- Full In-Studio Event Deposit: $80, will be applied to party deposit balance.
- Full Offsite & Virtual Event Deposit: $80, will be applied to party deposit balance..
Next Steps
- Request a Party: Complete Party Request
- Complete Booking Deposit (or wait for us to get back to you with available dates/times)
- Sign Event Agreement: We will confirm the Date/Time & send your Party Management Link via email along with a short text message.
- Artwork: Final selection due at least 2-Weeks prior to event (Gallery will be available to you once full deposit is paid).
- Balance: Equivalent to # of Painters to reach event minimum is due at least 1-Week prior to event.
- NOTE: Next steps may be compressed when parties book less than 2.5-weeks in advance.
What artwork can I choose for my party?
- Once your party is booked and deposit seats have been reserved, you will have access to an online art gallery with top favorites.
- By default, all events are set up with access to the 11x14 (for kids) and 16x20 (adults) gallery of 2-hour artwork
- If you think you would like an alternate size canvas or wood board option or more intricate artwork, please reach out in advance, so we can discuss options and pricing.
