About This Event

Join us for a fun and creative portrait painting event inspired by Ann Napolitano's novel Hello Beautiful! When you register, simply submit a photo of yourself (or anyone you’d like to paint), and our talented artists will sketch your image onto a canvas. Under the guidance of our artist-entertainers, you’ll recreate the vibrant style of the Hello Beautiful book cover. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner—you might surprise yourself with your hidden talents!

Upgrade your experience at checkout by adding a candle-making session! Arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to craft an all-natural scented soy candle before you start painting.

IMPORTANT: Due to the customized nature of the event, there will be NO CREDITS OR TRANSFERS. Please review our registration, age, and alcohol policies before booking.

Arrive 15-20 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked, and seated! We begin promptly at the listed start time, so please be on time. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may not be able to catch up and will forfeit their reservation. If you’re attending with others but booking separately, provide your group name in the Special Request box, and we’ll seat you together.

Our nightly adult classes are for painters ages 21+; however, painters aged 14-18 are welcome if accompanied by a painting adult. NO SPECTATORS. Everyone participates in the fun! You’re welcome to bring your favorite snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during class. Beer, wine, sodas, and water are available for purchase at the bar. Please note, Oklahoma law prohibits BYOB, and you must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio. A valid ID is required for alcohol purchases.

Age Policy

AGES 14 yrs to Adult welcome with a Paid Reservation. Ages 14-17 must be with Parent. Infants/Children/Observers are not permitted in studio during class times.

Refund/Cancellation

*NO REFUNDS* All sales are final.

We are a live entertainment venue, and hire artists and prepare supplies based on reservations. Thank you for understanding our policy must remain firm.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible so that another individual has the opportunity to make a reservation in your place. We are happy to offer store credit to use for a future class or a take home kit if you cancel your reservation no later than 24hrs before the scheduled class start time.
No call/no shows will not receive store credit. Sorry, but no exceptions.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:

Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio
If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, class will be cancelled or rescheduled or complimentary credit will be issued to all registered guests.
If roads are clear and no weather advisory, class will be held as usual. No store credit issued.
