About This Event

Your seat reservation is acceptance to the terms below:

Painting time is 1.5 hours for ages 6+. Most family friendly paintings are pre-sketched.

This event is alcohol free for a family friendly atmosphere

SEATING REQUESTS: We want you to be able to sit with your people! Please tell us who you want to sit with in the “Seating and Special Requests” section. We will not be able to make changes at the door.

ARRIVAL TIME: Arrive 15 minutes early to get an apron & in your seat before class. Class will start ON TIME. Doors Open no earlier than 30 minutes before class time. Late arrivals will miss important instructions and should not expect "catch up" instruction. There is no availability to extend class time for late arrivals. Finishing on time is essential for following events that day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation by phone, text, or e-mail must be made 2 hours prior to the event start time to receive a store credit. Store credits will not be given for inadequate cancellation or no-shows. If you cannot reach us immediately - all voicemails, text, and emails are time stamped for accuracy of cancellation notice. Please leave a message and if your notice falls within the 2 hour window a store credit code will be emailed directly to you. Due to the level of preparation (staffing, stenciling, and setup) cancellations made 2 hours prior to the event are only offered a store credit. We cannot issue full refunds. No call/No shows will NOT be given store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS. On rare occurrences a class may be cancelled or rescheduled due to low signups, in this instance you will be amply notified and a store credit will be issued. If available, the painting can be transferred to an at home kit.

PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online guarantees your reservation.

BYOB 21+. Guests must be 21 to consume alcohol. You may bring in any alcohol or non-alcohol drinks. Snacks and finger foods are also allowed.

Refund/Cancellation

Class cancellations due to low/no signups can occur so do not hesitate to sign up. Cancellations MUST be made within 2 hours prior to the start of class. Due to the amount of preparation (staffing, stenciling, and setup) ONLY STORE CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS. Store credits do not expire and can be redeemed anytime. If a customer does not call and does not come to class (NO CALL/NO SHOW), no store credit will be issued. Any custom classes as in Paint your Pet are a nonrefundable, none credited event; no refund or store credit will be given due to cancellation of a custom class for any reason. If you need to cancel please give us a call, leave a voicemail, text, or email us. All of these options are time stamped and someone will issue your credit shortly upon notice. Store credits consist of a code and are sent to the email used when completing the reservation.
