Your experience is paramount to us. To ensure you have a great time, here are a some important things to know:
Arrive 10 minutes before your event’s scheduled start time.
NOTE: For those Twisters who will be creating a DIY Custom Soy Candle, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your painting event’s scheduled start time.
Our location is a bring your own beverage (BYOB) studio and alcoholic beverages are allowed for those 21 years old or older.
You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks and we have small tables where you can store coolers, trays, plates, etc.
This is YOUR painting; make it your own! Just know that (depending on class size) there may not be an assistant artist available to help you with blending and shading if you choose to make color changes to the artwork.
Meeting friends but making reservations separately? No problem. Just give us a head’s up in the Special Request box. We will do our best to seat you together.
Children are not allowed at this event. Young adults (16 years and older) are allowed when accompanied by an adult. No one under 18 years old is allowed to attend a class without adult supervision.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment can be made ONLINE or by phone at 850-471-1450. Payments at the studio can be processed in advance but not at the time of the event, so plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early if you need to pay for your class in person.
Cancellation Policy:
We operate like other venues that require purchase of a seat, ie. theaters, concerts, sporting events, monster truck shows, etc. Refunds are not issued for any reason.
Unlike other venues, we do understand that personal issues arise. If you know you will miss an event, we can offer the following:
1. You may give your seat to another person.
OR
2. With more than 24 hrs notice, a 60-day complimentary class voucher will be issued. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will receive a 60 day complimentary class voucher for 50% of the purchase price.
