About This Event

Your experience is paramount to us. To ensure you have a great time, here are a some important things to know:

Arrive 10 minutes before your event’s scheduled start time.
NOTE: For those Twisters who will be creating a DIY Custom Soy Candle, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your painting event’s scheduled start time.

Our location is a bring your own beverage (BYOB) studio and alcoholic beverages are allowed for those 21 years old or older.

You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks and we have small tables where you can store coolers, trays, plates, etc.

This is YOUR painting; make it your own! Just know that (depending on class size) there may not be an assistant artist available to help you with blending and shading if you choose to make color changes to the artwork.

Meeting friends but making reservations separately? No problem. Just give us a head’s up in the Special Request box. We will do our best to seat you together.

Children are not allowed at this event. Young adults (16 years and older) are allowed when accompanied by an adult. No one under 18 years old is allowed to attend a class without adult supervision.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment can be made ONLINE or by phone at 850-471-1450. Payments at the studio can be processed in advance but not at the time of the event, so plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early if you need to pay for your class in person.

Cancellation Policy:
We operate like other venues that require purchase of a seat, ie. theaters, concerts, sporting events, monster truck shows, etc. Refunds are not issued for any reason.
Unlike other venues, we do understand that personal issues arise. If you know you will miss an event, we can offer the following:
1. You may give your seat to another person.
OR
2. With more than 24 hrs notice, a 60-day complimentary class voucher will be issued. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will receive a 60 day complimentary class voucher for 50% of the purchase price.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

Please read all of the following! Our staffing & supplies are planned according to the number of guests. Our studio operates much like a concert, theater, or sporting event. Refunds are not available, but, unlike these venues, we do issue a complimentary store credit for future use IF notified 24 hrs in advance. Complimentary class vouchers will be valid for 30 days from the date of the event not attended OR you may give your reservation to someone else to enjoy...they only need to give us your name upon arrival. For cancellations with less than 24 hr notice a 30 day complimentary class voucher will be issued for 50% of the reservation. For NO SHOW-NO CALL notice, we do NOT issue store credits, as these seats could have been reserved by others if we were notified. We do realize unforeseen circumstances occur, however we are not able to accommodate all of the requests we receive due to personal situations. TWIST AT HOME KITS: No refunds or comps will be given for unclaimed kits. Kits will be restocked one week after pick up time.
