To ensure you have a great time, here are a few things to know:
You must submit a photograph of your pet. To do this, please do the following:
Select a well lit, solo photo of your pet (just one pet per photo/canvas) that captures his or her personality
Submit your selected photo to our artists by texting 850-471-1450 or by emailing pwatpcolaartists@gmail.com
THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR PET'S PHOTO IS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT.
Arrive 10 minutes before your event’s scheduled start time.
NOTE: For those Twisters who will be creating a DIY Custom Soy Candle, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your painting event’s scheduled start time to allow ample time to pick your scent and create your candle.
Our location is a bring your own beverage (BYOB) studio.
You are welcome to snacks and drinks and we have small tables where you can store coolers, trays, plates, etc.
Children (17 & under) are not allowed at this event. Please contact our studio at 850-471-1450 to reschedule your event to a Family Day event if you wish to bring anyone 17 years or younger with you.
Late Policy:
Things happen; we get it. If you arrive late, please know that the artist cannot delay the class to provide individualized instruction. Due to our class schedules, you will not be allowed to remain past the scheduled end time to finish. So, you might not be able to finish in the time remaining when you arrive. Please keep this in mind when you review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the amount of time and preparation needed for our Paint Your Pet sessions, our cancellation policy differs from other class offerings.
NO REFUND, NO STORE CREDIT, OR TRANSFER OF DATE will be issued in the event you do not attend the class as scheduled. Your pre-sketched canvas will be provided to you should you wish to pick it up at the studio. If you desire to paint this pre-sketched canvas at a future Paint Your Pet event, a new reservation & payment are required.
