Why book a party?
- You choose from any of 16,000+ paintings (2- 3 hour classes)
- You have a private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!!
- Pricing is dependent on several factors: the day of the week, the artwork you choose, and the size of your party.
- You may decorate; the room is yours 30 minutes before class to set up and socialize!
- If you'd like add time for gift-giving, cake, or mingling, you may purchase additional party time at the rate of $50 per half hour.
Note: room rental is only available as part of a scheduled party.
What kind of parties do you host?
Any reason or no reason at all! Whether it's a team building event, bachelorette party, birthday party, girls' night out, or family reunion, we're focused on making memories, not masterpieces.

How do I reserve a date and time for my party?

How do I pay for my party?
There are two options: Host Pay and Individual Pay.
Host Pay: The event host pays for the total cost of the party in a lump sum.
Individual Pay: Your guests are given a password for the event and pays for their seats online or by phone.
Payment for the entire party, whether by host or individual pay, is due no later than 48 hours prior to the party start time.
When you make your reservation, we will collect an $80 deposit from the event organizer to secure your date and time on our calendar, which is applied to the balance of your event cost.
This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your party, you forfeit the deposit.
How much lead time do you require?
When it comes to scheduling your event, sooner is better! Keep in mind, weekend timeslots book several weeks in advance. We like to have two (2) weeks notice; however, we'll work with your schedule. As long as we have an artist available and you select your art in time for us to pre-paint an example for your guests, we can make it happen.
How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?
You may choose from any of our 16,000+ paintings! Once the day and time of your event are secured, we'll send our online library of paintings. The library is searchable by keywords (beach, Pensacola, floral, landscape, etc.). Select your painting from the library and we'll get busy pre-painting your selection so your guests have an example during the painting instruction.
Do you offer any discounts on parties?
Our party pricing begins at $450 for a 2-hour painting party with up to 10 painters, which works out to $45 per painter. For groups of twelve or more, we offer a discounted rate of $40 per painter for 2-hour painting parties.
Are non painting guests allowed?
We love to share the Painting with a Twist experience with as many people as possible, but due to seating limitations, we require all people that attend your event be registered painters. Please think of us the same way you think of a movie theater, concert event or sporting event. Everyone that attends is required to purchase a seat.
