Please note the following cancellation policy applies to all individuals in public and private events. It does NOT apply to VIP/private party hosts (please review your contract), nor does it apply to Twist at Home kits or fundraiser reservations where ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All reservations are non-refundable, but guests cancelling with at least 24-hours’ notice, regardless of when the reservation is made, will be issued store credit. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to paint and are considered "no shows” and are not eligible for store credit. Leaving a message or emailing with adequate notice is sufficient, even if you don't hear back before your event. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
This policy includes all unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, accidents, sickness, inclement weather, and other emergencies.
