Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Please note the following cancellation policy applies to all individuals in public and private events. It does NOT apply to VIP/private party hosts (please review your contract), nor does it apply to Twist at Home kits or fundraiser reservations where ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All reservations are non-refundable, but guests cancelling with at least 24-hours’ notice, regardless of when the reservation is made, will be issued store credit. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to paint and are considered "no shows” and are not eligible for store credit. Leaving a message or emailing with adequate notice is sufficient, even if you don't hear back before your event. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. This policy includes all unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, accidents, sickness, inclement weather, and other emergencies.
