Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

Arrive 15-20 minutes early to get uncorked, aprons on & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get twisted, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time; it's your Happy Half Hour!

If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box.

Our studio is for our painters only. Everyone needs a paid seat to stay on premises during all classes. (NO INFANTS)

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone (412-787-PWAT(7928)) or visit our studio in person for payment.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.

**BYOB includes both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. If you bring, drinks, food, or snacks, you will need to provide cups, plates, and utensils, we do supply napkins. These classes are intended for adult painters, although we will permit painters aged 18-20 if accompanied by an adult. You must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio. Younger painters can participate in Family Days and All Ages Classes.

Alcohol Policy

We are BYOB. You may bring in any alcohol or non-alcohol drinks. Food is permitted as well. Alcohol is NOT allowed during family or kids classes. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol at the studio. We supply plastic wine cups and opener

Refund/Cancellation

For our fundraising events, there are NO refunds or store credits. The charity is counting on your donation! Thank you in advance.

All Twist at Home Kit sales are final, no refunds or exchanges for kit purchases.
