How to Book Your Private Event
1. Choose Your Date & Time
- Private parties are available 7 days a week, morning, afternoon, or evening!
- We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
2. Secure Your Event
- A non-refundable deposit (equal to 2 seats) is required to lock in your date.
- Once booked, you’ll receive a party link to pick your painting and invite guests!
- Guests can register and pay individually online OR the host can pay in full.
3. Show Up & Have Fun!
- Arrive 30 minutes early to set up, mingle, and get drinks ready!
- All supplies are provided, including aprons, brushes, paints, and step-by-step instruction!
Pricing & Minimum Requirements
Private Parties (Ages 13+)
2-Hour Paintings – $39 per person
3-Hour Paintings – $47 per person
Minimum Guest Requirements:
- Weekends (Friday/Saturday After 6 PM): 15 painters
- Weekdays & Non-Peak Hours: 10 painters
- VIP Experience: Have fewer guests? Ask us about our VIP semi-private party option!
Kids' Private Parties (Ages 5-12)
- 1.5-Hour Kids Party – $27 per person
- Includes music, dance breaks, and fun interactive painting instruction!
- Must end by 5 PM on Friday & Saturday nights.

Special Requests? We’ve Got You!
Need extra time to celebrate? You can add 30 minutes for just $50!
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 7 days notice: You can reschedule at no cost or receive a refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
- Less than 7 days notice: Your deposit will be converted into a store credit for a future event.
- Within 48 hours notice your deposit is completely nonrefundable in any form
- Within 24 hours the full price of the party minimum will be due in full.
