Let’s GLOW!
Paint a one-of-a-kind masterpiece with our special blacklight paint. During this event, we turn off the regular lights and turn on the blacklights for an unforgettable experience! It’s FUN art, not fine art, so relax and enjoy the pARTy!

Try something NEW!
Create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle before you paint! Choose from 20+ scents for just $20. Add this option when registering and arrive 15 minutes early to make your candle.

What to expect:
Arrive 15 minutes early to get uncorked and comfortable. Events start and end on time.

Coming with friends but booking separately? Let us know your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box so we can seat you together.

Food & Drink:

We’re BYO! Guests 21+ can bring wine, beer, or champagne (ID required). Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome too.
Snacks and soft drinks are available for purchase in the studio. Feel free to bring your own snacks, but note table space is limited. We provide plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and wine openers.
Important Notes:

All guests must have a reservation. No toddlers or infants—no exceptions.
Please review our Refund/Cancellation Policy before booking.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Classes with low enrollment may be canceled (you’ll be notified and refunded).

By signing up, you authorize us to photograph or videotape the event for promotional purposes.

Refund/Cancellation

***REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY***

1. All cancellations must be made via EMAIL by responding to this confirmation.
2. PUBLIC EVENTS: More than 48-hour notice is eligible for a full refund, studio credit, or reservation(s) rescheduled.
3. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 12 hrs before the event will receive studio credit.
4. Cancellations made within 12 to 4 hours prior to the event will receive 50% of the purchase price in studio credit valid for 3 months.
5. Cancellations 4 or fewer hours prior to the event, no refund or credit issued.
6. Late Arrivals: Events begin and end at the scheduled time. No refunds or studio credit for late arrivals.
7. Private Parties/VIP group reservations have their own refund policy as stated in the event agreement.
8. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance.
9. Custom Paintings, e.g. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. will be given studio credit to come back and visit our studio.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
- Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio.
- If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, events will be canceled and studio credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from the issue date.
