Benefits of a Private Party
- You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of thousands of paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting! You will have the option to upgrade to a premium art surface.
- You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon, and evening slots available.
- You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
- Your reservation will include 30 minutes before your scheduled event to mix, mingle, and set up.
- 2 hours for painting
- We provide all of the art supplies, cups, napkins, paper plates, and plastic utensils.
- Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice. We are BYOB for wine, beer, and champagne only. No hard alcohol.
How do I reserve and pay for my adult party (13+)? Please see below for information regarding children's parties.
- During non-peak hours: We offer private parties at $390 for up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $39.
- During peak hours, after 5 pm on Friday and Saturday: We offer private parties at $585 for up to 15 guests. Additional guests are $39.
- The deposit is $120 to secure your reservation and is refundable if your event is canceled 14 days prior to the event.
- Guests may reserve and pay for their seat on our website. If there is a remainder from the private party fee, it is due 7 days prior to your event. The host may also pay for the event in full.
- We also offer VIP tables with preferred seating in our open events for parties of 8 or less.
- Our party room can accommodate 28 guests.
- Our main room can accommodate 46 guests.
Additional Information for Kids' Parties
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.
Kids parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday after 5 pm.
Typical Kids Parties include 1.5 hours for painting, with 30 minutes for your use (enjoying refreshments you provide, opening presents, etc.)
Kids (up to age 12) private events are offered at $350 for up to 10 guests. Each additional guest is $35.
When you want to proceed with your party, let us know, and we will send the event link for your event with the party agreement and $120 deposit to complete the party booking. The deposit is refundable if your event is canceled 14 days prior to the event. The event link will also have your art library where you can choose the painting for your event!
