ALCOHOL POLICY: Please bring your ID. No BYOB allowed. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGE of any kind allowed into the studio.
FOOD / BEVERAGE POLICY: The studio bar offers beer, wine, soda, and water for sale. You are welcome to bring any snack foods you prefer. If you bring food/snacks, don’t forget to bring your own plates, napkins and utensils.
Try something NEW and create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle before you paint! Look for our DIY CANDLE add-on option (only $22!) during your event registration. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 30 MINUTES prior to your event if you choose to make a candle.
SEATING: If you desire some time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get Twisted, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! **If you’re coming with others but making reservations separately; give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together! Only paid painters are allowed in the studio during class.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. No walk-ins.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: NO credits or refunds. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
EVENT CANCELLATION: (Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public events). Events are subject to cancellation without a minimum of 7 guests. We will send a Potential Cancellation Notice by email THE DAY BEFORE an event if registrations are low. With additional registrations, you will not receive further notice and the event will run as planned. Should it be cancelled, we will send a Cancellation Notice 4-6 HOURS BEFORE the intended event time. At that point, you will have the option to receive a credit in the original form of payment or a credit for another event.
