Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below.
Arrive 15-20 minutes early to park, sign-in, mingle, uncork, get apron on and be ready to go! If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll do our best to seat you together!
Latecomers will miss valuable instructions and may not be able to finish their masterpieces in the allotted class time. Public events BEGIN and END promptly.
ONLY PAID GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES DURING CLASS TIME
(NO INFANTS PLEASE!)
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require more than 24 hrs notice to provide you a non-expiring store credit. Less than 24 hours notice, no store credit. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours as calls are time stamped.) NO SHOWS AND/OR LATE ARRIVALS (20 MINUTES PAST START OF CLASS) WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. We try to notify registrants 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
