About This Event

THIS IS OUR FINAL HELLO BEAUTIFUL CLASS!

Minimum age for this event is 15.

We have partnered with The Dial Press on a fun new series inspired by Ann Napolitano’s mega best-selling book “HELLO BEAUTIFUL” – which was Oprah’s 100th book club pick! For a limited time only, we will be hosting painting events where guests will be able to paint their own self-portraits in the
artistic style of the book cover painting (by artist Jessica Miller). Guests will submit their photo for sketching on the canvas prior to the event, similar to our Paint Your Pet events.

Please arrive early to get smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get started, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time; it's your Happy Half Hour!
If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. Please pay online, or call our studio to make payment by phone 469-802-6333 or visit our studio in person for payment.
PLEASE READ - REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of the custom sketching done prior to the event, no refunds are store credits will be offered for the event. In the case of an emergency, we will offer one courtesy move to our next event.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be rescheduled at a later date. Registrants will be notified via email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

We are a BYOB studio. You may bring any kind of food or beverage you wish. You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol in the studio.

Refund/Cancellation

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for public events so that we may offer your spot to another customer.
Individuals canceling with at less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund or class credit. For those cancelling with at least 24 to 47 hours notice, you will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. ONLY cancellations with 48 HOURS advance notice will be offered a payment refund LESS a 10% CANCELLATION CHARGE. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS.

Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a public class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.
