If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
Your registration authorize the photographing of yourself and/or child during the class and understand that the resulting photographs may be published and used to promote Painting With A Twist and give permission to reproduce photographs taken for promotional purposes. If you do not want photographs taken, simply put that in the notes when registering.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. Please pay online, or call our studio to make payment by phone 469-802-6333 or visit our studio in person for payment.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice for refunds. If requested 48 hours in advance, refunds will be issued to your credit card less a 10% cancellation processing fee. Individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. No refund of credit is offered to guests cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No shows will not receive a store credit or refund.
We greatly appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. We schedule our artists based on the number of people in the class and are not able to schedule properly if we do not have proper notification of cancellations.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified via email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. You may choose to have your reservation moved to another class, receive a gift certificate to be used at a later date, or have your payment refunded.
