Why a Private Party -
You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of 20,000 paintings. We will narrow it down to a few hundred!
Get a private room and a private instructor!
Once booked a planning link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting sign contract and pay the bill!
In Studio Party- 10 Painter Minimum-Instruction time/ pricing
- 1 1/2 hour- ($31/painter) KIDS
- 2 hour-($41/painter
- 3 hour -($51/painter)
- You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available.
- You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- Prices are the same per person as our regular public classes.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
- You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to celebrate.
- We provide all of the art supplies and instruction!
- You may bring your snacks and drinks of choice. No Hard Liquor allowed!
- Main room can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.
- Party room can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.
- The minimum number of painters required for private parties is 10 painters
Off Site Events- Let us come to you!
- We bring the paint party to you
- 16x20 Canvases-$45 Per Painter (Other surfaces by request)
- Minimum 10 painters- Maximum 100 painters
- No travel fee within the town of Henrietta
- $40 Travel fee outside of Henrietta
- $80 Travel fee outside of Monroe County
- You provided the party, tables and chairs we bring everything you need to paint
Kid Parties
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class!
Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.
1.5 hour paintings are $31 per painter for a 16x20 inch canvas painting. All materials and instructions are included!
Limited to ages 5-14
Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights.
Private Party Availability, Reservation and Cancellation Process
- A non-refundable deposit of two (2) seats is required to reserve the date and time.
- Your individual reservation will be charged to verify the credit card when submitted.
- There is a one-week cancellation policy. A cancellation fee of $78 will be charged if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given. Deposit can be transferred if event is rescheduled.
- Private parties do not cost extra!
- 2 hour paintings are $41.00 per person, for 16x20 canvas
- 3 hour paintings start at $51.00 per person, for 16x20 canvas
- 1 1/2 hour paintings are $31 per person, for 16x20 canvas.- ages 5-14 only.
- When you reserve a party with a completed agreement, we will send you a link to the art library and you will have access to make a painting choice and tools to plan your event!
- Guests have two options for payment; Individual pay-your guests register and pay in advance online with your passcode given in link . Host pay- You pay the total.
