FOR PUBLIC EVENTS, a cancellation request greater than 48 hours from the event start time, a full refund minus a $5 processing fee will be issued upon request. Cancellations requests less than 48 hours from the event start time may receive a studio credit for use towards a future event of your choosing. No shows or cancellations less than 2 hours from the event start time do not receive refunds or store credits. Late Arrivals: If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the event start, you may not be allowed to paint and lose your event registration fee. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel events for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather) or if event size is less than 6 participants. Registrants will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class time and refunds will be issued.
