For public events, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours in advance from the event start time. Cancellations received within 4-24 hours of the event start time may be rescheduled to another event time, receive a studio credit for use towards another event time to be used within six (6) months or receive a take home kit. No shows or cancellations less than four (4) hours from the event start time do not receive refunds or store credits. Late Arrivals: It’s hard to catch up if you’re late so please arrive early! Painting with a Twist reserves the right to postpone the class, cancel events for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather) or if event size is less than four (4) participants and/or change the artist. Registrants will be notified at least four (4) hours prior to class time and refunds will be issued. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled - customers will be notified in advance and refunds/store credit (to be used within six months) will be issued.
