This process is why I love seeing the complexity of an individual unfold in their unique piece. I appreciate all forms of artistic expression - creativity is so interesting to me! I want to see what we each consider our art and learn something. These passions have now led me to teach! I joined the awesome PWAT crew in 2016. Inspired by the Florida sun & educated by every mind I can reach, I am a Bay Area-native with a smiling personality. I live to inspire creativity in all places in our community - starting with you :) If I had a wish, murals would color every building in the city. My favorite things (other than art...) are my loved ones, travel, nature, cooking, organization, languages, philosophy, theater, comedy, coffee, frogs, skateboarding, & the number three. I am a USF Alumni '10, & the entrepreneur of Vicious Art Studios (@viciousartstudios). I can't wait to teach you all something fun - so grab your brushes soon & come paint with me!"

I've been living the Art Life since I was a tiny tot!! I've always carried a Pencil and a camera with me. I love doing Art of all kinds. You name it I've more than likely done it. I'm a vocalist that is always singing. I've always wanted to teach art. I'm a Art Director and Art Instructor in a Youth organization for Young Artists ages 3-17 years old. Doing art with the youth and adults are my passion. I'm a very patient person who loves to take my time to make sure my students of all ages get their projects completed with confidence. Everything I do I do with passion and I live on the scripture Colossians 3:23. I'm a mother of 2 and grandmother of 4 and I also work with my grands in art. I can say lots more but you can learn more about me when you come out to have fun and Come Paint With Me!?

Art is my first love - I started painting in oils at age 11. Sadly, I let other pursuits dictate my path in life and I let more than 30 years go by before I picked up a paintbrush again. When I joined the wonderfully talented people at Painting With a Twist, I rediscovered my passion for painting. I love our customers so much! I am an artist and fashionista, a lover of wine, the color purple and love to travel. After a 26 ½ year career as a county government employee, I escaped the politics and bureaucracy to immerse myself in my passion of art and painting. Divinely guided to Painting with a Twist by a white heron, my friend Sharon and I are living proof that you can Live Your Dream and have a blast doing it!

“I dream to paint, then paint my dream!” My passion has always been Art. I have always had a crayon, paintbrush,pencil, or pen in my hand. The last words my father spoke to me were “Keep Painting” and I will always honor that! I am a proud mom of two sons, two beautiful daughter-in laws and the most beautiful grandson in the whole entire universe REALLY! With my “partner in crime” Michelle aka Sherlock, we have had the opportunity to see our extended PWAT Family grow and allow people to tell us “ I am an artist and I didn’t even know it!” This is MY dream, and I am following it EVERYDAY... Someday I WILL "Paint in Paris!"
