About This Event

Prerequisite: A digital photo of your pet MUST be emailed to: carrollwood.107@gmail.com by 12pm THURSDAY, Dec. 26th.
Please put "Paint Your Pet" in the email Subject line.
Paintings will pre-sketched with head-shots only, and limited to one (1) animal due to time constraints.

Late photos will be charged a $20 Late Fee. If your photo is not received on time, your reservation may be moved to the following month.

CLASS WILL START ON TIME.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to unwind and socialize before we get twisted!
No observers or non-paying guests.
No infants or toddlers, NO exceptions.

BYOB IS PERMITTED:
You are welcome to bring your own food & drinks! Beer, wine and champagne products are welcome. White Claw, Truly, etc. OK too.
Our license does NOT allow liquor.
Guests must be legal drinking age (21 years old). Please have proper ID.

We provide plastic cups, wine bottle openers, napkins, plates, forks and buckets for your ice.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ICE or utensils, so bring them with you.

GROUP SEATING and SPECIAL REQUESTS:
If you are joining a group or party, and making reservations separately, put the group/person's name in the “Who do you want to sit with?” field. Let us know if someone in your party should need accommodations for a wheelchair, vision, left-handed, etc.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call the studio at 813-944-0038, we would be happy to assist.

If we have less than 5 registered guests the class may be cancelled, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances.
Age Policy

AGES 13yrs to Adult are welcome with a paid reservation. Observers, Infants/Children are not permitted in the studio during class times.
What to bring
Alcohol Policy

Our studio is BYOB. Guests are welcome to bring light snacks, soft refreshments as well as beer, wine or champagne to enjoy during your painting class. No hard liquor. Must be 21yrs to consume alcohol. Please Drink Responsibly.

Refund/Cancellation

CANCELLATION - REFUND POLICY:
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: **NO REFUNDS** All Sales are Final.

We require a minimum 24-hour advanced notice for cancellation of a reservation in order to receive a STORE CREDIT.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Should it become necessary for the studio to cancel a class, we will personally contact you and offer the following options:
1) Move your reservation to another event
2) Take Home Painting Kit
3) STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your reservation with no expiration date
4) REFUND

NO refunds or store credits for TWIST AT HOME KITS, TWIST AT HOME VIRTUAL KITS OR SHIP TO HOME KITS.
All Sales are Final.
