CANCELLATION - REFUND POLICY: IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: **NO REFUNDS** All Sales are Final. We require a minimum 24-hour advanced notice for cancellation of a reservation in order to receive a STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Should it become necessary for the studio to cancel a class, we will personally contact you and offer the following options: 1) Move your reservation to another event 2) Take Home Painting Kit 3) STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your reservation with no expiration date 4) REFUND NO refunds or store credits for TWIST AT HOME KITS, TWIST AT HOME VIRTUAL KITS OR SHIP TO HOME KITS.
