About This Event

This is FUN art, not fine art. So relax, enjoy the experience and you'll have a great time!

PAYMENT POLICY:
o Payment online is required
o Please note if you will be attending with a group so that we may seat you together,
o Reservations at the last minute are not guaranteed a seat or seating with your group.
o All seats must be paid for, OBSERVERS are NOT allowed to attend as our studio capacity is limited.
o If you are ill please do NOT attend class.

ATTENDEES / AGE POLICY:
o Fri. & Sat Evening Classes (7pm and later) are for adults 17+, unless specifically noted otherwise.
o Sun-Thurs Evening Events may accommodate painters ages 13+
o Daytime classes prior to 7pm will accommodate painters ages 7-107.
o NO toddlers or infants allowed in any session, public or private.
o ONLY Service Animals with valid documents are permitted in the studio.

BYO POLICY:
o Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to unwind and socialize before we get twisted!
o You are welcome to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer and snacks.
o You must be at least 21 to consume beer or wine in the studio.
o HARD LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED.
o All refreshments are BYO.

Refund/Cancellation

PWAT CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES: IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:

IN STUDIO EVENTS:
1. YOU cancel your reservation:
o 24-hour advanced notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a STORE CREDIT.
o Phone 727-376-1112, email: trinity@paintingwithatwist.com, or Text 727-232-2008.
o Leave a detailed message with your name, phone number and the date and time of your class.
o STORE CREDIT will be issued for the Trinity studio location, and must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.
o NO REFUNDS will be issued for a cancellation YOU REQUESTED.
o NO SHOWS will not receive a Store Credit or Refund.

2. WE CANCEL YOUR EVENT
o Should it become necessary that we cancel an Event we will personally contact you via phone, text and/or email.
You will have the option to:
o MOVE your reservation to another event,
o Receive a STORE CREDIT.
o Receive a TWIST AT HOME paint kit with all your supplies to complete your masterpiece at home.
o Receive a REFUND.

3. TWIST AT HOME, TWIST AT HOME VIRTUAL, OR SHIP TO HOME KITS:
o NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS** All Sales are Final.
