Ages 15+ are welcome to join classes after 6pm. Daytime classes are recommended for ages 7+. We occasionally have special Family classes, so check the "About this Class" section for additional details.

Alcohol Policy

Our studio is BYOB-friendly unless otherwise specified in the "About this Class" section. By law, you must be age 21+ to consume alcohol in our studio.
