About This Event

**ADULTS ONLY BYOB**
Paint. Sip. Relax.

A portion of each seat and DIY Scented Soy Wax Candle sold in this event will benefit West Chester Play School

Try something NEW and create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle before you paint (only $25). Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled painting time if you choose to make a candle.

Our BYOB classes are for 18+ only; 16+ if accompanied by an adult.
*Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! Late arrivals may not be allowed to paint, and forfeit their registration fee.

SEATING REQUESTS: If you'd like to be seated with another guest please let us know in the Special Request section of registration. We cannot guarantee seating changes upon your arrival.

BYOB: Drinks and food! We provide cups, plates, napkins, beer/wine openers. We do **NOT** provide ice or utensils.
**Guests MUST be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio** We reserve the right to ask for ID.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio (484)313-4059 to pay by phone.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation MUST be via email. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled class **WILL NOT** be refunded or receive a credit. Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more before a class will receive either a refund (-10% CC processing fee), transfer to another event, or store credit valid for 90 days. No shows or cancellations after class has begun **WILL NOT** be refunded. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel class for any reason. Classes during the day are open to all ages. See class descriptions for recommended ages. Events after 6pm are adult only 18+, but some permit older teens with an adult painter. See class descriptions for age requirements.

Refund/Cancellation

Our events have limited seating, and we staff & prepare for class based on reservations. We require at least 24 hrs notice of cancellation. A refund (minus a 10% service charge), store credit or class transfer will be offered to individuals cancelling with at least 24 hrs notice. Please send an email when cancelling. Groups of 10 or more must provide 7 days notice before the date of a class. No shows and cancellation without 24 hours notice **WILL NOT** receive a refund or store credit. If you are the host of a private party, please see your party agreement or contact us for information on private party cancellations.
