ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 mins early to get settled and seated as the class begins promptly on time. If you are more than 10 mins late to arrive you may be denied entry as it will disrupt the Artist and our other guests.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your seat. This also ensures that any special seating requests are honored. *Ages 13 up can attend evening events if accompanied with an adult*
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is online only. We do not take payment over the phone.
WHAT TO BRING: Our studio is BYO (Wine & Beer). You are more than welcome to bring in any snacks you would like to enjoy during class.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ICE, but cups, napkins, plates and plasticware are provided.
**You must be at least 21 years of age with valid identification to consume alcohol in the studio.**
FINDING US: We are in Winter Haven at 6264 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, Fl 33884 in the High Point Plaza. We are directly behind the Citizens Bank & Trust
GROUPS: If you’re coming with others but making reservations separately. Note the group name under special request and we will seat you together.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a notice of cancellation at least 2 days before the event to receive a refund. Refund will be charged a 10% refund fee.
Store Credit will be given if canceling the day before the event. *No refund or store credit issued upon cancellation on the day of event.* If you do not show up without canceling, you will not receive a refund or store credit. * Please email studio275@paintingwithatwist.com. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment may be cancelled also. Registrants will be notified prior to class time via EMAIL.
