We sell wine, beer, seltzer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks on site. NO BYOB permitted. Please do not bring your own alcohol.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Cancellation Policy

Our staffing and supplies are carefully planned based on the number of registered guests. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and studio credit:

General Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, studio credit will be issued upon request.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, studio credit will be issued valid for 90 days from the date of the missed event.
No-shows will not receive store credit.
If you arrive late, you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

To request studio credit, please email studio275@paintingwithatwist.com before the scheduled event. Be sure to include your name and the class name so we can process your cancellation according to our policy.

Studio Cancellations:
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. We require at least 4 paid painters to hold a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, all affected guests will receive studio credit that does not expire. Guests will be notified via email before class time.

Private Events:
Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy outlined in our Private Party information.
Guests of a Private Event must give more than 48 hours notice to receive store credit that doesn't expire.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, store credit valid for 90 days will be issued.
No-shows will not receive store credit.
If the party is cancelled less than 7 days in advance, guests who have already reserved will receive store credit valid for 90 days.
*Please consider your event host before canceling, as they are responsible for meeting the minimum guest count required for the event.

Paint Your Pet:
Due to the custom nature of this class, cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will receive store credit that does not expire.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before class time will receive store credit valid for 90 days.
No store credit will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before class time. However, your reservation may be transferred to a future Paint Your Pet class.

Bad Weather Policy:
If a weather emergency is declared, class will be cancelled and all registered guests will receive store credit.
If no official emergency is declared, our regular cancellation policy applies.
