Private Party IN-STUDIO:
- For Sunday-Thursday we offer 2-hour classes that cost $40 per person and 3-hour classes that cost $50 per person with a minimum of 5 painters.
- For Friday and Saturday, we offer 2-hour classes that cost $45 per person and 3-hour classes that cost $55 per person with a minimum of 15 guests.
- PLEASE NOTE: Fridays and Saturdays the only payment is by host, NO INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT.
- Class start times are as follows; 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm. Our BYOB policy for alcoholic beverages is for only beer and wine after 4pm.
- A deposit for the equivalent of 4 seats will be needed and an Event Agreement is to be signed to hold your day and time. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, we offer STORE CREDIT ONLY. The payment for the remaining seats is due one week prior to the event. If you need to cancel your private party, a one-week notice is required.
- You are responsible to bring your own Food/Catering, Eating Utensils, Ice, and Drinks. We will provide cups, plates, napkins, wine openers, paint and all other painting supplies.
- An artwork library will be provided for you to browse through.
Private Party OFFSITE:
- A non-refundable deposit of $125 needs to be paid and an Event Agreement is to be signed to hold your day and time. The price per person is $50 for a 2 hour class. Minimum of 10 guests Sun - Thu and 15 guests Fri-Sat.
- The payment for the remaining seats is due one week prior to the event. If you need to cancel your private party, a one-week notice is required.
- If your party is offsite, you are responsible to bring your own Tables, Chairs and anything to cover the tables, floors, any surface you don't want painted on from guests painting.
- You are also responsible for Food/Catering, Eating Utensils, Ice, and Drinks. We will provide cups, plates, napkins, wine openers, paint and all other painting supplies.
- An address must be provided as soon as possible.
- An artwork library will be provided for you to browse through.
VIRTUAL Private Party
- Virtual classes are a flexible option to have as large of a group as you like! For Sunday-Thursday we offer 2-hour classes that cost $35 per person and 3-hour classes that cost $45 per person with a minimum of 5 painters. For Friday and Saturday, we offer 2-hour classes that cost $40 per person and 3-hour classes that cost $50 per person with a minimum of 15 guests.
- An artwork library will be provided for you to browse through.
- Virtual Parties require each participant to have a Twist at Home Kit, prior to attending the event. The kits are typically created and picked up on Thursdays 12pm - 3pm. To coordinate a different pick-up date please contact the studio with as much notice as possible. To cancel your order prior to pick-up, a 24-hour advance notice is required to receive store credit for a future kit/class. Due to the nature of packaging and creating kits, no refunds or credits can be given once the kit has been assembled.
- Each guest will need access to a computer, a functioning camera and microphone to communicate with the instructor and guests, and lastly the internet.
